Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every order ships free, with no minimum order amount and no shipping fee at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 10 to 20 days of being placed. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window, and you will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.

What sizes are your signs?

Every product lists its size right in the product name, like 16" x 4" for our aluminum sign. Where a product comes in more than one size, you can pick the size before adding it to your cart.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us at hello@nosolicitingsign.store with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will work with you to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards plus the other payment options shown at checkout. Every payment is processed securely through Shopify.

How do I mount my sign?

Each product page has a How to Use section with setup steps for that specific sign or doormat.
